Caves Environment in Human Design

Your Environment in Human Design will tell you about your most aligned place to live, work, or relax. In Human Design, there are six different types of environments: caves, kitchens, markets, mountains, shores and valleys.

You can check your environment in the chart properties under the section that says ‘Environment’.

Here is what you need to know if your environment in Human Design is Caves.

Caves

With the environment of Caves, you're designed to be in places that feel safe, secure and protected. If you think of a literal cave, there is only one entrance and exit. And with that, you have complete control over who goes in and out of your cave.

Contrary to popular belief, caves is not a solitary existence. Caves could protect and house entire families and sometimes even large communities. As a cave person, you may find that you are curiously not outdoorsy - You only go outside with the intent of going back in again.

Cave people also have a preference for being in their cars.

Bring your Environment Home

To feel more aligned in your day to day life without moving into a cave, you can create this type of environment in your home by creating a space where you have your back to the wall with no windows or doors behind you or outside your field of vision.
